One thing I notice with your photos - they look like they were taken by a kid with a camera. They look a tiny bit on the poor quality side. Try and take photos in better light and with different settings, and then maybe edit the iso and contrast afterwards

Whoops sorry that looks way harsher in print. By poor quality I meant lightwise, and that's on the still life. Your scenery shots and bugs are way cooler. And by the way please reply instead of post a new comment, otherwise I don't see it.
